WEBSITE UNVEILED
July 1 sees the unveiling of justplainluckyrecords.com and its subsidiary page purplecatrecords.com. Both websites will serve as the place for anyone interested in any of the labels' releases to gain information and to listen to and experience the artists on both labels roster.

Just Plain Lucky will mainly release CD's by talent that is in some way connected to the North Carolina music scene on CD's while Purple Cat Records will serve as the label that will issue music on vinyl. Purple Cat will not only issue Just Plain Luck releases on the ever-resurgent format of classic vinyl, but will also work with other labels' in finding an analog home for digital product released elsewhere.

ZiP recording artist Stratocruiser have signed for a one-off 7" which will be the first release on the label and there is a live Stratocruiser "legitimate bootleg" now released and available through CDbaby.com, and iTunes.
